Irrigation Maintenance

• Systems will be started in spring; all zones will be activated to insure system stability.  All components will be inspected for winter damage (i.e. cracks, heads, vandalism, etc.) and review controller program.
• Shutdown system and winterize in fall to reduce opportunities if damage would occur over winter. 
• Backflow devices will be inspected once per season.
• Additional charges for repairs will be billed on a time and materials basis.
